No hustle porn. No YouTube-style bro bullshit. Just real talk. Real support. Real brotherhood. Honest connection with men who’ve been there, too.

Here’s How We Work
Men’s Peer Groups are where the real work happens.
Each group is made up of 10 men, meeting once a month for 4 hours—either in person or virtually.
Every session follows a proven structure, guided by our proprietary online platform—structured enough to keep the group focused, fluid enough to allow real connection, expression, and bonding.
We don’t tell each other what to do.
We listen. We support. We share from experience.
It’s not therapy. It’s not a mastermind.
It’s a brotherhood built on accountability, authenticity, and shared growth.
This is your space to show up, speak truth, and be seen.
Our flagship Men’s Peer Groups are where the real work happens. No “cult-y” tricks and no fancy scripts—just genuine conversation (in Denver or online) guided by guys who know how to hold space for what matters. Here’s the best part: you can count your fellow participants on two hands.

Our WhatsApp Community is where the conversation keeps going.

Retreats are where Men’s Peer Groups go deeper—together.
Best practice is for each group to take an annual retreat, and we’ve made it easy with our plug-and-play retreat model in the beautiful Rockies. It’s a chance to unplug, reset, and reconnect on a whole new level. And if you’re craving more, additional retreat opportunities await.

About MPG
“Successful” on the outside but quietly stuck on the inside?
We get it. You don’t have to be broken to want something deeper.
You can be a good man—and still want to become a great one.
That’s why we started Men’s Peer Groups—to create a space where men drop the masks, get real about purpose and relationships, and build something meaningful together.
Because the real work isn’t about fixing—it’s about becoming.

Phil Owens, Denver

“I joined MPG as I was looking for an opportunity to share my feelings and life experiences with other men who were open to doing the same. I attended an open house and immediately felt like it was a good fit. I was assigned to a peer group with eight other men, none of whom I’d met previously. Within the first two meetings, we formed a strong bond supported by a thoughtful and thorough curriculum. I look forward to our monthly meetings and consider these guys to be one of the most important parts of my community.”
Brian Rosen, Denver

“Men’s Peer Groups has been incredibly powerful—far exceeding any expectations I had. The structure is excellent, the complimentary content is top-notch, and the people—both those who run it and the members of my peer group—are truly amazing. I’m grateful for this experience and excited for more MPG ahead!”
Steven Brandwayn, Denver

“As a 45-year-old man, I was looking to reconnect with my purpose and tap back into my masculine energy. Men’s Peer Groups has been a game-changer—having a space where men can be real with each other, without judgment, is incredibly powerful. The honesty, support, and brotherhood here have helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. If you’re looking to step into your strength with other men who truly get it, this is the place.”
Toby Lawless, Los Angeles

“MPG has been a game-changer for me. It’s rare to find a space where men can engage in real, unfiltered conversations about life, leadership, and personal growth. This group has challenged me to think deeper, hold myself accountable, and show up as a better version of myself—not just in business, but as a father, husband, and friend. The camaraderie, honesty, and shared experiences have been invaluable, and I highly recommend it to any man looking for meaningful connection and growth.”
Steven Ziegler, Denver

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the group of men in my peer group. It has been very meaningful to me to be able to connect and be vulnerable with a group of people that I didn’t know initially. It is truly amazing how you can connect with people when you are aligned with wanting the same thing, connection, conversation, and meaning.”
Scott Shafman, St Louis

“I’ve been seeking a community of men for a while now, realizing that it’s one area lacking in my life. I have lots (read: *tons*) of friends, acquaintances, and professional colleagues, but it’s hard to make time for consistent engagement and deep relationships. My peer group through MPG has quickly fixed that issue — and in less than 6 months. I already feel remarkably connected to my brothers in this group, and we’ve already shared some deep insights, reflections, problems, and solutions that have helped us both individually, and collectively. It turns out most of our problems share a kernel of commonality, and there’s a lot of wisdom buried in the histories of other men. Men’s Peer Groups has given me the space and community to seek that wisdom and improve my life. I’m grateful I’ve come across it when I have.”

Kyle Eason, Denver

We all come from different walks of life, but in this group, I’ve found real connection, support, and healing with other men. I feel more grounded, confident, and no longer alone in my struggles. I’m not just surviving I’m moving forward with strength and purpose. Men’s Peer Groups has given me hope and excitement for the second half of life. Every man needs a space like this.
