Welcome To Men's Peer Groups

Maybe you’ve got that nagging feeling that things could be better. Maybe you’re seriously struggling. Or maybe you’re simply looking for more—more connection, more authenticity in your relationships, more purpose in your life.
Men’s Peer Groups are small, committed circles of 10 men—just like you—coming together and standing together. Not to fix each other, but to face life with each other. No “tough it out” truisms. No hustle porn. No YouTube-style bro bullshit. Just real talk. Real support. Real brotherhood. Honest connection with men who’ve been there, too.

Seeking connection and authenticity in your life?

Looking for deeper meaning—for your purpose?

Interested in real conversation with your peers?

Ready to join a community of brothers?

If these ideas interest you in talking to us, we’re interested in talking to you.

Here’s How We Work

Men’s Peer Groups are where the real work happens.
Each group is made up of 10 men, meeting once a month for 4 hours—either in person or virtually.
Every session follows a proven structure, guided by our proprietary online platform—structured enough to keep the group focused, fluid enough to allow real connection, expression, and bonding.

We don’t tell each other what to do.
We listen. We support. We share from experience.

It’s not therapy. It’s not a mastermind.
It’s a brotherhood built on accountability, authenticity, and shared growth.

This is your space to show up, speak truth, and be seen.

Our flagship Men’s Peer Groups are where the real work happens. No “cult-y” tricks and no fancy scripts—just genuine conversation (in Denver or online) guided by guys who know how to hold space for what matters. Here’s the best part: you can count your fellow participants on two hands.

Our WhatsApp Community is where the conversation keeps going.
It’s a space to stay connected—not just with your peer group, but with men from other groups.
Share wins, ask questions, drop insights, or just check in. This is where support, connection, and brotherhood continue between sessions.

Retreats are where Men’s Peer Groups go deeper—together.
Best practice is for each group to take an annual retreat, and we’ve made it easy with our plug-and-play retreat model in the beautiful Rockies. It’s a chance to unplug, reset, and reconnect on a whole new level. And if you’re craving more, additional retreat opportunities await.

About MPG

“Successful” on the outside but quietly stuck on the inside?
We get it. You don’t have to be broken to want something deeper.
You can be a good man—and still want to become a great one.

That’s why we started Men’s Peer Groups—to create a space where men drop the masks, get real about purpose and relationships, and build something meaningful together.

Because the real work isn’t about fixing—it’s about becoming.

Being heard is so close to being loved that for the average person, they are almost indistinguishable.
-David Augsburger
