COMMITMENT
The room opens with the agreements read aloud. Every man agrees to uphold them before anyone speaks. This is what makes the space safe enough to be honest in.

Each man checks in. A name, a one-word emotion, and anything he needs to set down to be fully present.
EXPAND THE SPACE
Phones down. A breath. A deliberate shift out of reaction and into choice — the space between stimulus and response, where growth lives.
WARM UP
A single sharp prompt, different every session, that gets every man talking and the room honest fast.
UPDATES
The top and bottom of your life right now — personal, professional, family, community. What's working, what's not. First person. No apologies.
