A rabbi, therapist, and Meaning Mentor who has spent over 20 years working with men at the intersection of leadership, purpose, and inner exploration.
Dr. Baruch “B” HaLevi is the Co-Founder of Men’s Peer Groups and has spent over two decades working with men as a rabbi, therapist, and Meaning Mentor.
Through years of guiding men across life’s transitions — careers, relationships, fatherhood, and purpose — Dr. B saw a consistent pattern: capable men carrying a lot, with few places to speak honestly and be truly seen.
Dr. B’s work focuses on helping men live with integrity, purpose, and connection — empowering men to discover their WHY and express it in every area of their lives.

13 Minutes: Why Every Man Needs a Why isn't a podcast about suicide. It's a podcast about defying suicide. About interrupting the silence. About getting upstream of the suffering.
It's about truth, transformation, resilience—and reclaiming the one thing most men have lost: meaning.
On this show, Dr. B sits down with real men—entrepreneurs, veterans, creatives, husbands, artists, warriors—and we talk. No fluff. No performance. Just honest stories of pain, power, purpose, and the road back to a why that actually matters.
We dig deep into how they lost their way.
How they found it again.
And what keeps them going when life tries to break them.
